Extended Stay America Suites- Fort Worth - Medical Center

We are in between living arrangements and have been staying here. The staff has been accommodating and exceptionally understanding. During this ice storm we've been stuck inside and the staff has been super giving all the circumstances. I couldn't have asked for better treatment or a better group to be around. Thank you will never be enough.

If you are going to be in the Fort Worth I highly recommend considering making Extended Stay America Fort Worth Medical Center your choice of hotel. Excellent staff and such a convenient location with so many unique, exciting, fun things to do. Dwain went above and beyond and delivered excellent customer service!

I enjoyed staying here, the location is great with lots of amenities and options for dining within walking distance. The oaks all around create a nice shady space. Having the river and the walking path right there is a bonus. -1 Star for being a little older, my room had cig stains around the bathroom sink. But it was clean and they will supply you with dishes and pots and pans if you want to cook

The staff is very accommodating and rooms are always available and clean. I’ve really enjoyed my time here . Thank you I could really use some help getting my own room . Please … and thank you.

The parking is outside the door. The first room didn't lock, I was moved to another one. The receptionist was great. I checked in on Monday evening and had planned to check out Friday but checked out Thursday instead. No one ever came for my trash. It was a little noisy, but it was spring break.

I like this hotel and I will definitely be back. But a few things the front desk lady and the cleaning that worked there 9/26 2025 @5 pm were amazing they really made me feel welcome, they were super Nice and they recommended great food options. Friday evening was a great evening. Now Saturday was a little bit different but not completely terrible. I know it's a an extended stay and the rules are different but I had just finished running a marathon race and I was tired but I had reservations for an event so I wanted to shower but my towel was very dirty so I politely went down stairs to ask the front desk if I could return my towels and get some more . She was very dismissive and it seemed like I was bothering her with asking questions but she told me that I couldn't get any more clean towels, she told me that I had to bring my dirty towels to the office then I would have to wait on them to wash those which is weird but I get it if that's the rules. I didn't have time to wait so after processing that I just left ,I guess this location has a problem with towels but it wasn't that big of a deal with me I just bought new ones from the family dollar and used those . But it's a great place with a great location but bring your own towels.

My husband, Michael and I are from Jacksonville Florida. We came to Texas for our Son's Wedding. We stayed for 10 days at this motel. We will most definitely be back. 10 stars for this Extended Stay

I couldn’t have selected a better temporary home for my boys and myself. Management and staff were understanding and patient when I had financial troubles and wasn’t quick to put us out on the street. The entire staff became my extended “village”, they looked out for my boys, kept them in check, and had room keys on standby when they would misplace them. Even when my double bed room became too pricey, they were accommodating which downgrading me to a one bed room. If I needed any clean linen, towels, trash bags they provided. Despite us moving into our new place, my kids still talk about missing staying at the hotel and their friends.
